Mindfulness Hour
Mindfulness Hour is a weekly group to learn and practice simple mindfulness tools. Drop in any week or come occasionally.
What: Mindfulness hour is a guided group session. We may journal, color, meditate, or do gentle stretches and movement to reduce stress and anxiety. Bring what helps you—fidgets, headphones, art supplies, etc.
When: 6:00 PM Central on the 1st Monday, 2nd Tuesday, 3rd Wednesday, and 4th Thursday each month.
Where: Cedar Tree Wellness Center, 4623 Trousdale Dr., Nashville.
Who: Led by therapist interns Hallie Odom McNew (she/her), Anna Morris (she/her), and Mason Olmsted (she/her).

Cost: $5 if you completed treatment with one of our therapists; $10 for everyone else.
