Step 1. Book your first session

Book your first session in one of three easy ways:

Have your ID and insurance card ready, if you are using insurance.

Let us know if you’d like to see someone within 1 business day from your initial contact.

Step 2. Log in to our client portal

Log in to our secure client portal, where you can fill out the intake forms required by law.

We’ll email you a reminder with a link to create your profile. Your intake forms must be completed and submitted prior to your first session.

You can use the client portal to manage appointments, submit forms, view invoices, and even message your therapist.

Step 3. Attend your first session.

You’re done! At your fist session, you will meet with an intake specialist. They are a therapist who has been trained to assess your needs and preferences. They can match you with the right provider for you.

If your therapist is not a good fit, you can switch at any time with no questions asked.
