You are a recent graduate looking to grow professionally and prepare for private practice.
We offer LPC licensure supervision, continued education allowance, trainings, peer consultation opportunities, and clinical support.
The independent contractor path is for you if
You are an experienced therapist looking to join a community environment with administrative support and opportunities for professional development.
Here is what we look for.
Requirements for all roles
Masters degree in counseling, social work, psychology or a related field from an accredited institution
Behavioral health generalists – willing to see children, adults, couples, groups
Self-guided determination to complete your notes inside of 24 hours
Training/certification in DBT, EMDR, TF-CBT, couples work, etc. preferred but not required
Strong character matters – ethics, integrity, honesty, adaptability and quality of care
W2 roles
Licensed or actively working toward licensure
Must provide a minimum of 20 hours of session availability per week
Independent contractor roles
Must be fully licensed
credentialed status with major insurance providers preferred but not required

Compensation: $25-$30/hour

Note: W2 roles offer more stability and non-cash benefits. Independent roles offer a higher earning potential and more freedom.
A note about our team culture
We keep it simple —no unnecessary meetings, micromanaging, or loads of paperwork. Sure, we ask that you complete your notes within 24 hours. But that serves the client, and is required by insurance contracts and by law.
