It is not uncommon for insurance benefits to change at the beginning of a calendar year. Deductibles may start over or change or there may be different copays/coinsurances. If you are using insurance benefits and have a new insurance carrier this year, please check with your insurance company to verify your provider’s in-network status and any new plan copays or coinsurance and/or deductible amounts.
